Customer-centricity and interactivity in Atria’s customer engagements through the design of trade period presentation concept

Atria’s customer marketing made a positively dissatisfied decision and hired Kasvu Partners to refresh and renew its trade period presentation concept. In developing the trade period presentation concept, it was decided to set aside previous truths for a moment and re-examine the entire concept from the perspective of better interactivity and customer-centricity. The interdisciplinary nature of the project was enhanced by the fact that the production of the trade period presentation is a joint effort of several internal Atria functions – marketing, sales, and product category management all participate in the design of the trade period presentation concept and the production of the presentation content.

Kasvu Partners’ worked as Atria’s partner in renewing the presentation concept. Kasvu Partners facilitated the joint development work of Atria’s teams and produced Atria’s renewed, interactive trade period presentation concept.

“The development work with Kasvu was systematic, and due to mutual trust, we succeeded in creating a completely new trade period presentation concept centered around Atria’s customers,” says Teemu Pitkänen, responsible for sales development at Atria.
