Goals and structures to support growth

GoByBike Finland Oy is Finland’s leading employee bike benefit operator. The company is a fully domestic enterprise, founded in 2020 to make the new tax-free bike benefit available to as many Finnish employees as possible. Since its inception, the company has been one of the fastest-growing businesses in Finland.

The company’s goal is to provide the best bike benefit service for employees and the easiest solution for employers. To date, over 40,000 bikes have been delivered through the company to around 4,000 workplaces.

At the end of 2023, GoByBike’s management recognized that to maintain their strong growth rate, the growing organization needed structures and clearer goals. At the same time, they wanted to preserve the culture of a successful and flexible growth company. To organize the necessary changes, the company’s leadership focused on developing a growth and customer strategy, with an emphasis on succeeding in 2024. As a foundation for this strategic work, the company conducted a situation analysis, which helped identify key priorities. Based on the identified priorities, the company selected clear strategic target groups and crafted communication focal points for them. As a partner for creating the situation analysis and tactical planning, the company’s leadership worked with Kasvu Partners.
