Visual Components develops and sells the world’s leading 3D simulation software for designing production facilities of the future. The company’s clients include some of the world’s most renowned industrial and consumer brands. A hallmark of a successful company’s leadership is its desire to make good even better.

Visual Components aims to invest in the most efficient use of common processes in international sales. The areas of the sales processes where common advantages of scale are desired and the areas where local variation is allowed, were identified in joint workshops with the sales management of the country subsidiaries. These workshops resulted in an overview of the company’s customer management practises, based on which selected areas of sales will be developed. Kasvu Partners acted as Visual Components’ partner in facilitating the workshops and preparing the analysis of the practises.
